Air France-KLM Airlines to Use Actional for Smooth Services
Air France-KLM Airlines will be deploying the Actional SOA management platform, part of the Progress Responsive Process Management™ (RPM) suite. Using this platform, its IT team will be able to "collaborate across their newly merged enterprise to detect, diagnose, and repair problems and exceptions that could disrupt flight operations and reservations systems, and prevent them from recurring," according to Progress.
Air France-KLM Airlines will use the Progress® Actional® SOA Management platform, to offer better visibility and help deliver 100 percent availability on its reservation systems. After KLM merged with Air France, it needed to integrate a growing number of IT systems to deliver transactions accurately. After doing a gap analysis, KLM chose to go with a monitoring solution for its entire IT infrastructure.
