Bates Becomes New Progress CTO
Dr. John Bates has been appointed as Progress’ Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Head of Corporate Development. He will be responsible for the following:
- Creating and evolving Progress business strategies,
- Acquiring companies to support Progress’ business strategies,
- Evangelizing Progress’ strategy and solutions to the company’s customers, partners and other constituencies, and
- Driving product synergies across the company to support Progress’ strategy to deliver solutions of the highest value and quality to the company’s customers
