The European Progress User Groups area organizing a technical and business oriented conference to be held on November 18 and 19 in Cologne (Köln) / Germany. This event is expected to be the premier conference for the Progress community in the year 2010. Progress is now accepting session proposals for this event.

The goal is to deliver practical and highly valuable technical content to our attendees - people involved in developing, integrating and managing applications:

• Demonstrates techniques and/or technology
• Provides / discusses code examples and illustrative diagrams
• Is informative and instructional.

It can be organized as a detailed how-to presentation, it can focus on best practices, or it can be a case study that shows the power of the Progress Software products or related technologies and industry trends.

We are planning a number of parallel tracks with topics on OpenEdge, integreation technologies , SOA, SaaS and application management topics. There will be separate track on business oriented topics as well as a vendor track for commercial presentations.

All sessions will be 60 minutes in length. If you feel your session needs more time, state that that in your proposal. If selected your session would be scheduled for two breakout slots. Speakers will receive a complimentary conference pass. Travel expenses will be covered, please indicate estimated travel expenses together with your submission.
